Peninsula Farmer’s Market
If you enjoy great food (and who doesn’t!) give the Peninsula Farmer’s Market a try! Held at the Peninsula Yacht Club in Cornelius every Thursday from 4-7pm through October 20th, the market has locally grown food and an array of food related products. Enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables, grass fed beef, local honey and artisan breads just to name a few. Head home with all the fixings and support your local community at the same time! And if you just can’t get enough, be sure to visit the Davidson Farmer’s Market, too!
Amazing Maize Maze
As the leaves change and weather gets cooler head out to the Amazing Maize Maze at Rural Hill in Huntersville. Running through November 7th, enjoy the outdoors by getting lost in the seven-acre corn maze….one of the largest in the Southeast! You can also enjoy a hayride, pick pumpkins and even play a game of corn hole while exploring this historic site! Beautiful backdrop and great activities promise to be fun for all ages!
LangTree Lake Norman
Live music, great shopping and wonderful dining options are all there at LangTree Live Lake Norman. The concert series runs every Thursday through October 27th from 5pm-10pm. Bring your friends, a chair to relax on the lawn and enjoy some great food, music and maybe a beer from local D9 Brewery. Admission is always free and be sure to follow LangTree Live on Facebook and Instagram to keep up with the latest band lineup.
