Lake Norman Schools: Stumptown Elementary Coming Soon: 2013.The news of anew elementary school in the LakeNorman Area is a relief to parents and Torrence Creek Elementary. Torrence Creek Elementary has been trying to keep up with the flow of new students in their elementary school which is evident in all the trailers at the school. Stumptown Elementary will help to alleviate the overcrowding schools in the area.
