One of a kind gun range in Cornelius NC, it’s solar powered!Have you been looking for a gunrange in the Lake Norman Area but you found it hard to find without driving a long distance? You’re in luck! There is a brand new gun range that has opened up in Cornelius NC and it’s one of a kind. This gun range is the first solar-powered shooting range in the U.S., generating a large portion of its own power from a string of 21 solar panels fixed on the structures roof, pretty neat for the Lake Norman/Cornelius area!

This shooting range has 15 lanes and a training simulator where teams of shooters, armed with either an electronic M4 assault rifle, a Glock handgun, a revolver, Tazer or pepper spray can take part in extremely realistic training simulations in high-definition.The simulator has more than 200 real life scenarios that include an active shooter in malls or schools scenarios and VIP protection scenarios. The facility is geared to help law enforcement practice techniques, citizens to feel comfortable with their firearms and a place to have a good time. Hey you never know what scenario will come your way in the simulator!
