Capitalize on the holiday season when your home is on the market. Have fresh cinnamon or nutmeg smells in your home. Leave out some holiday cookies or cider for your buyers; they will remember your home from the competition! Have some soft tunes playing and make sure the temperature is comfy in your home. If it is safe to do in your home, turn on your fireplace to leave an impression for your buyers that they can have a place to cozy up to in their new home.

Just because your grass isnt green doesnt mean you shouldnt maintain it when on the market. Make sure to pick up any leaves, debris and clutter on your lawn, clean those gutters too!
